    Yes. The tour is leisurely with stone benches and shaded rest stops throughout. The estate is wheelchair accessible, but due to hilly terrain, a motorized wheelchair or additional assistance is recommended for comfort and ease.

    Our signature tours include round-trip transportation and a guided farm walk. Delicious farm-to-table Jamaican lunch, coffee, and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on-site.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes—reservations are highly recommended as tours often fill up quickly, and some days are reserved for private events. Booking directly through our website ensures the best experience and clear communication.

  • What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

    We offer a flexible cancellation policy:

    • Free Cancellation: 8+ days before your activity
    • 80% Refund: 4–7 days prior
    • No Refund: Within 3 days of the activity

    If we cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


  • Is Croydon pet-friendly?

    Yes! We love when guests bring well-behaved pets. Just let us know in advance and make sure they stay leashed and hydrated.

    There’s no need to pack snacks- lunch and additional beverages (including beer, coffee, and juice) are available for purchase.

  • Do you provide transportation?

    Absolutely. We offer complimentary round-trip transportation from Montego Bay, Falmouth, Negril, and Runaway Bay resorts. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive into the mountains.

  • How long is the tour?

    The full experience is approximately 4 hours including transportation. Expect around 2–2.5 hours on-site, with time for walking, tastings, lunch, and exploring the grounds.

  • What should I wear and bring?

    Comfortable walking shoes, lightweight clothing, sunscreen, and insect repellent (we provide some on-site too!). Don’t forget your camera—this is one of Jamaica’s most picturesque landscapes.

  • Are strollers or baby carriages allowed?

    Yes. Strollers are welcome and encouraged for young children. The terrain is mostly gentle but does include small hills.

  • Can I take photos during the tour?
